How to read this list

Most of our calls come from Hermann and the first ring of towns around it. Drive times below are Google Maps estimates from our office, not a promise of arrival, and they run longer in snow or on a county road.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Call and we will sort out the next step.

Why distance matters

The Missouri River splits the area, so the Rhineland side is minutes away over the Highway 19 bridge, while Marthasville, downriver on the north bank, takes more than half an hour. South of Hermann, Highway 19 runs to Owensville and on toward Bland and Belle.

South of the river, ridge-top roads connect Hermann, Owensville and Bland.

The farther out you are, the more a phone call helps. Give us the model number and the symptom and we can load the likely parts before we leave. If you are more than an hour out, planned work such as a furnace replacement or a new AC usually suits us better than a same-hour repair call, and there may well be someone closer for a night-time emergency. We would rather tell you that up front.

Good to know

Common questions

How far do you travel from Hermann?

Our regular work is in Gasconade County and the towns around it. We also list places farther out, such as Rolla and Columbia, which are more than an hour away. Those trips make most sense for planned work like a replacement. Call first and tell us your town so we can confirm the schedule.

Do you serve towns that are not on this page?

Possibly. This page lists the places we plan for, and rural addresses between them often work fine. Tell us your road and the nearest town when you call, and we will give you a straight answer on whether we can get to you and when.

Is there a trip charge for longer drives?

Ask when you call. Distance affects how a job gets scheduled, so we would rather discuss it up front than surprise you on the invoice. Have the symptom and model number handy, because that is what lets us bring the right parts on the first trip.

Not sure if we reach you?

Call with your town and we will tell you straight.
